Contract cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Being a consumer you have a legal right to cancel Products Purchase Contractat at any time before or up to 14 days after having received the Products. For the provision of Services you have the legal right to cancel the Contract at any time up to 14 days on which the Contract was made. This means that if you change your mind during the relevant period or for any reason you decide you do not wish to keep a Product or go on using the Service, you can notify us about your decision to cancel the Contract.

To cancel the Contract, you can e-mail us at support@buyandrepair.co.uk and send goods to our Returns and Service Address in Contacts.

The goods you have purchased and you want to return must be complete, unused and in the same condition as when you received it e.g. if you have removed the Product from the box to examine it you must have done so without damaging it or marking it. The Product must be returned with all accessories if they were part of the package.

We'll check the returned goods and if everything is O.K., the refund of what you've paid will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks.
